The purpose of this unit is to empower people – to give them tools, fresh hope and to show them ways to move ahead out of their present situations, whether it be pain, dysfunction, overwhelm, weariness, fatigue, frustration or apparent hopelessness.

To help people improve their energy level to help them look and feel better; to cope with low energy, fatigue and loss of motivation, to manage and relieve pain. This workshop teaches a number of techniques originally developed by the people of Tibet.
