The area many Kinesiologists and people entering small business lack is the knowledge required to administer and manage a business. This unit covers the skills required to run a clinical health practice according to the scale and size of the business, including knowledge of administrative systems, financial administration, practice management and personnel management strategies.

This unit contains the following two Australian national qualification standards:
