If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from the ICPKP website, you may return it within 30 Days of purchase for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Return postage/shipping is at the buyers expense.
• Returned goods must be in original condition to qualify for refund (unless they were damaged by postal service prior to original delivery, see below).
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase on products returned in less than original condition.

Goods damaged in transit

Where goods arrive to you damaged, please do the following:

• Report it to us quickly, accurately describing the damage.
• retain the original packaging
• Send us clear photographs of the damage

An insurance claim will be lodged with the shipping company and replacement product dispatched on approval.
