Natalia Ely is a PKP Kinesiologist based in Balgowlah, Sydney, where she runs her own private clinic, supporting clients to regulate their nervous system, shift long-standing patterns, and reconnect with a more grounded, empowered way of living.
Her journey into kinesiology began during her own recovery from an injury, when she attended Touch for Health Levels I–IV. The experience had a profound impact—not only supporting her physically and emotionally, but opening a deep curiosity about the connection between the body, the mind, and emotional patterns. What started as a personal healing experience quickly became a clear calling. She recognised, with certainty, that this was the work she was here to do.
Today, Natalia works with a wide range of clients, including high-performing individuals who often find themselves stuck in cycles of stress, pain, overthinking, and internal pressure. In her Balgowlah clinic, she uses PKP kinesiology to identify where the system is under strain and applies targeted corrections to support balance across the structural, biochemical, and emotional aspects of health.
Her approach is precise and structured, following the PKP protocol while allowing the body’s feedback to guide each session. Allowing for a focused and efficient process that goes beyond surface-level support.
Natalia holds her International Certificate in PKP Kinesiology and is in the final stage of completing her Diploma certification.
She is deeply committed to ongoing learning and clinical excellence, with a genuine passion for helping people feel calmer, clearer, and more connected within themselves.
