Kinesiology for Success College is a professional kinesiology training college located in Doncaster, Melbourne, dedicated to developing confident, skilled and compassionate practitioners.

Founded by experienced Kinesiopractor and educator Manju Deo, the College provides a structured pathway for people who are passionate about kinesiology, personal growth, holistic health and helping others create meaningful change.

Our approach combines theory, practical hands-on training, personal development and professional integrity. Students don’t simply learn techniques from a manual — they practise, experience and integrate the work so they can develop the confidence and competence required to work with real clients.

The College provides a genuine practice environment, with every teaching resource required for practical application. Small, supportive classes allow students to receive individual guidance while developing strong muscle-monitoring skills, balancing techniques, communication skills and professional confidence.

Kinesiology for Success College offers the ICPKP learning pathway, progressively taking students from foundational wellness training through practitioner-level studies and advanced diploma programs. Students can continue their development through specialised areas including Energy Psychology, Metaphysical, Holographic & Vibrational Energies, Dietary & Nutritional Science, and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation & Reintegration.

Meet the Founder & Director

Manju Deo-Kinesiopractor · Educator · Life Coach

I’ve spent more than 15 years studying kinesiology and several years working in full-time clinical practice and teaching. Along the way, I’ve come to understand that kinesiology is about much more than learning techniques. At its heart, it’s about helping people reconnect with themselves, understand what is holding them back and create meaningful change.

That belief is what led me to establish Kinesiology for Success College.

I’ve always loved the moment when someone discovers something new about themselves — whether that’s a client on the treatment table experiencing a shift, or a student in the classroom suddenly realising, “I can actually do this.”

For me, teaching is about creating that same experience for the next generation of practitioners.

I want students to leave the College with more than a certificate. I want them to have real practical skills, confidence in their muscle testing, a strong understanding of kinesiology, professional integrity and the belief that they can build a successful practice of their own.

The College brings together the things I value most about this work: knowledge, practical experience, personal development, compassion and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.

I also believe that practitioners deserve to create a career that supports them financially while allowing them to do work that has meaning. That’s why business foundations and the development of a sustainable practice are an important part of the Kinesiology for Success philosophy.

My vision is to help kinesiology become more widely understood and respected as a valuable modality within the holistic health community — while ensuring that the practitioners entering the profession are exceptionally well prepared.
