CQ School of Kinesiology is a space for students to learn the skills, knowledge and practical application of Kinesiology in a grounded, supportive and deeply connected way. We believe true learning goes beyond techniques, it’s about understanding people, supporting their wellbeing and developing the confidence to facilitate meaningful change, whilst having the honour of witnessing it.

Founded by Amy, a qualified Kinesiopractor ® with a background in Psychology, previously working as a trauma specialist, to then supporting clients through trauma and complex life experiences, our school is shaped by deep passion for understanding people, integrity, being heart lead practitioners that want to see clients thrive and realise their own brilliance and self trust.

Amy is passionate about helping students feel supported in their learning and fulfilled in their careers, connected to their purpose and confident in themselves as practitioners.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been witnessing the relief that comes for clients when something shifts, when that goal that seemed quite complicated is actually quite simple, when they feel truly understood and clarity replaces overwhelm where they start to feel excited about life and their future. I want students to feel this deep fulfilment, to develop the skills, confidence and self-awareness to create this experience for others while building a career that feels meaningful, fulfilling and aligned with their own purpose.

CQ School of Kinesiology is about supporting practitioners who not only understand Kinesiology, but who can hold space for others with compassion, integrity, confidence and trust.
