Evoke Kinesiology College

A Kinesiology School where you’re never just enrolled, you belong.

So you’re thinking about becoming a Kinesiologist? Amazing. The world needs more of us.

I’m Arnna Pickering, and I didn’t become a Kinesiologist via a straight line – and really that is always the best way.

Before Kinesiology, I completed a Bachelor of Science, in Anatomy and Physiology and trained and worked across Australia as a registered nurse, whilst completing my Masters of Public Health. And most recently, I’ve just trained to become a Homeopath, alongside being one of the only two Australian Kinesiologists currently teaching the ICPKP® Red Flags in Kinesiopractic® Certification, which I co-teach alongside Belinda Bailey of Pinnacle Kinesiology.

It’s a colourful quilt of experience, but I don’t see any of it as a detour, but the foundation everything else sits on and builds upon.

I still see clients every week, in person at my practice in Ocean Grove, and online for anyone further afield. A few times a year, I head back to Horsham to run a clinic there too, it’s where it all began for me, and it still matters to me to keep that door open.

I grew up on a farm in the Mallee in the 80s and 90s, built a Kinesiology practice from scratch in a town where people had barely even heard of Kinesiology let alone been able to pronounce it, and then rebuilt that practice again after packing up and starting over in a brand new town. I know what this career actually asks of you, and not just in terms of study, but the resilience, the self-belief and sometimes the tenacity it takes to build something real.

Here’s what you can expect from me as a teacher: I’m relaxed, I’m relatable and what you see is what you get. And similarly, you can come exactly as you are. I’m not interested in polished performances or pretending you’ve got it all figured out; none of us do, and that’s fine. What I am interested in is helping you become the version of Kinesiologist that you’d love to be.

That same “come as you are” attitude runs right through the school itself. It’s flexible and genuinely fun: a mix of online and in-person learning, built to actually fit around a busy life, not fight against it. Whether you’re studying around a job, kids, or both, we’ll figure out a rhythm that works for you. And because classes stay small and personal, you actually get to know the people you’re learning alongside, you’re never just a number filling a seat.

Community isn’t a nice-to-have for me, it’s in the fabric of who I am. Growing up rural, you learn pretty quickly that you look after your own and everyone pitches in, and that’s exactly the feeling I want you to walk into. You’ll feel like you’re part of something here, not just enrolled in it.

So your learning pathway: here’s how you start:

1. Certification in High Level Wellness & Vitality Duration: 6 months: a standalone entry point into Kinesiology

Not ready to commit to the full ride yet? This is your option. You’ll learn the Foundational Principles of Kinesiology™, six units that form the bedrock of everything ICPKP teaches. You’ll start by experiencing the techniques on yourself: self-testing, energiser techniques, self-care practices, and the art of setting a goal you actually mean. From there, you’ll begin working with others, adding 5 Element principles, colour, sound, meridian connections, and acupressure points to your toolkit. You’ll also learn clinical body contact, palpation, and proper draping technique, so you feel genuinely confident the first time you work on a client, not just hopeful.

If you decide this is just the beginning for you, good news, this content also forms the first part of the full Practitioner Certification below. Nothing you learn here goes to waste.

2. PKP™ Practitioner Certification: Kinesiopractic® Level 1 Duration: 13 months total (the 6-month Certification above, plus a further 7 months) – become a registered practitioner

You can enrol straight into this full qualification, which includes everything from the Certification above, plus a further 7 months of professional training. Across 13 units total, you’ll master the iconic PKP™ fingermoding system and full balancing protocol, learning to trust the client’s body feedback to guide the session, rather than your own assumptions.

You’ll build mastery in emotional stress release, pain reduction, dietary balancing, and muscle work. You’ll learn proper industry standards for client care, and get real practice writing case histories. By the end, you’ll be able to see clients professionally: which means this course starts paying you back well before you’re even finished it.

3. Diploma of Learning, Metaphysical, Holographic & Vibrational Energies Prerequisite: PKP™ Practitioner Certification: Kinesiopractic® Level 1

Once you’ve got your Practitioner Certification, this is a fascinating next step if you want to keep expanding your toolkit. Facial diagnosis, body stance, iridology, essential oils, flower essences, gem and crystal work, homeopathic remedies, clearing chakras and auras, all of it opens the door to working with a much wider range of clients.

4. Diploma of Energy Psychology Prerequisite: PKP™ Practitioner Certification: Kinesiopractic® Level 1

Also available once you’ve finished your Practitioner Certification. This one’s for the deep stuff, helping clients move through enduring fears, phobias, loneliness, and the weight of past trauma. You’ll learn how early experience wires the subconscious “rapid response” patterns we carry as adults, and how to help clients understand they’re not responsible for that programming, but they’re absolutely capable of rebuilding a life worth living.

Beyond the Core Qualifications

Alongside these full pathways, I also deliver three K-Power® workshops for anyone wanting to add specific tools without committing to a full diploma:

  • Your DNA is Not Your Destiny
  • Tibetan Energy and Vitality
  • Stress Release Made Easy

A Nationally Recognised, Portable Career

Every qualification here is delivered under the ICPKP® syllabus: developed and refined over 40-plus years, and recognised wherever Kinesiology is practised worldwide. Wherever life takes you, this qualification goes with you. Few careers can say that.
