Hi! My name is Lisa, also known as The Inner Sage Australia. When I heard of the concept of Anam Cara, which comes from Celtic tradition, it occurred to me that is what I do and who I am!

Anam Cara translates roughly to “soul friend” … a presence in your life that meets you beyond your roles and masks, leaning into the truth of who you are.  An Anam Cara does not seek to fix or judge. They witness. They walk beside you. They meet you with depth, presence, and respect. In this space, you are allowed to unfold as you are — without pressure, without expectation — and in that level of safety, something within you begins to soften, open, and reorganise naturally.

My work as a PKP kinesiologist and homeopath is rooted in the philosophy of Anam Cara. I provide a safe, supportive environment that goes beyond imbalances, patterns, and symptoms, attuning to the deeper intelligence of your body and inner world. Guiding you to uncover what’s beneath the surface so true healing happens at your core. Freeing you to reconnect with own inner wisdom to shift you on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

The intention of the work we do together, is to lead you back to your true essence … strengthening your internal landscape so you can move through life with greater clarity, emotional resilience, and a grounded sense of self worth, self value, self confidence and self love that is intrinsic and dependent on you.
