I am passionate about holistic health and dedicated to helping my clients find balance, heal, and thrive. My approach combines kinesiology with coaching techniques to uncover challenges, release emotional and energetic blockages, and help you move forward with greater ease, clarity, and confidence.

My path into kinesiology started from my health journey. After years of navigating endometriosis, gut issues, and the emotional toll that often accompanies those conditions, I discovered kinesiology as a powerful tool for healing. It became a pivotal part of my care plan, alongside other holistic modalities. 

This experience formed a deep passion for helping others with similar challenges, particularly women facing complex health conditions in their personal and professional lives. I help them to reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner wisdom, and heal. I know firsthand the toll this can take on both physical and mental health, the ability to show up in day-to-day life.
