Austrian ICPKP Faculty Member Anna Köck received a call from one of her clients because he suddenly could not move one leg at all. He had been experiencing pain in this leg and had seen a doctor in hope of a remedy, but his test results were not yet available.

Anna performed the PKP balancing process, after which he was able to lift his leg 30cm while lying down. He felt the biggest change came as a result of the origin-insertion technique used on the gluteus medius muscle.

In the meantime between the first balance and returning to Anna for a second, he was diagnosed with a herniated disc.

When he returned, Anna asked her client, “what is putting pressure on you deep inside?” He knew the answer immediately.

Having gained this insight, Anna completed a second PKP balancing process, and this time her client was able to walk again without pain and without crutches.

Following this astonishing result, he came back a third time and was able to improve his ability to climb stairs.

The results of Anna’s PKP balances have given her client a significant, lasting improvement to his quality of life.
