I’m particularly drawn to working with people who feel they have “tried everything”, who don’t quite fit standard models, or who sense that their body is communicating something that hasn’t yet been fully understood but are ready to do the work to change it. My focus is on supporting you to reconnect with your innate capacity for balance, resilience and self-regulation.

Combining my NHS experience with Professional Kinesiology Practice, a specialist emotional and metaphysical kinesiology, I offer a grounded space where insight meets embodiment. I work with adults and children to support performance, recovery, emotional regulation and overall wellbeing – always respecting your individual pace, story and unique system.
