Based in Cheshire, The Soul School offers Kinesiology for emotional, somatic and nutritional Balance. As a practitioner for 15 years, Mischa has a huge passion for Kinesiology and a belief that using it to listen to the bodies language is the most powerful form of growth and self development. After becoming a mother of three and experiencing her own health issues  she found that Kinesiology was the one modality which gave her the answers she needed. Now she uses that experience to help families, adults and children to restore the right, safe  conditions to change and move forwards through trauma work, physiology, energy systems and behavioural work.
